• Name, email address and phone number when you sign up or contact us
• Business details you send to the WhatsApp campaign generator (city, industry, target audience, offer, budget range)
• Messages, questions and support requests you send by email, WhatsApp or Zoom

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. We receive only a transaction reference, payment status, amount and the billing name and email associated with the payment.

• Our hosting and member-area providers — to host the website and course platform
• Analytics providers — to measure aggregate website usage
• Email service providers — to send transactional and membership emails

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority, or to establish or defend legal claims.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain account and support data for as long as your membership is active and for 90 days after it ends, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Financial and invoicing records are retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law.

• All traffic to the website is encrypted over HTTPS
• Account passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text
• Access to member data is limited to people who need it to deliver the service
• In the event of a personal data breach we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act
