1. This is a digital product

AdsWithoutAgency is delivered entirely online. There is no physical shipping, no courier, and no delivery address required. Nothing will ever be posted to you, and no shipping charges apply to any plan.

2. When you get access

Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Within a few minutes of checkout you will receive:

• An email confirmation with your receipt and member area login details
• A welcome message on the WhatsApp number you registered with
• Instant access to all video lessons included in your plan

3. What if I don't receive access?

First, check your spam, promotions and updates folders — welcome emails sometimes land there. If you still have nothing 15 minutes after payment, contact us at support@adswithoutagency.com or on WhatsApp with your Razorpay transaction ID and the email address used at checkout. We will restore access manually, usually within a couple of hours.

4. Delivery of ongoing content

New lessons, updated modules and new frameworks are added regularly and are included in your membership at no extra cost. They appear in your member area as soon as they are published, and we announce them in the community and by email.

5. Weekly Zoom calls (Pro plan)

• The call schedule is shared in the WhatsApp member community
• A reminder with the joining link is emailed roughly 24 hours before each call
• The calendar is also visible in the member area
• Recordings are added to the member area within 24 hours of the call

6. WhatsApp campaign generation

The WhatsApp campaign service is available 24/7. Once you send your business details in the required format, your campaign structure is typically returned within seconds. Starter members can request up to 20 campaigns per month; Pro members have unlimited requests. Occasional delays may occur during high volume or WhatsApp platform outages.

7. Access continuation

Your access continues for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, you retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle, after which the member area, community and WhatsApp campaign service are closed to your account.
