1. Who we are

AdsWithoutAgency ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Ashutosh Banerjee (Sole Proprietorship), operating as Ads Without Agency, a business registered in India with its principal place of business at 09, Kush CHS, Mayekarwadi, Virat Nagar, Virar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 401303, India. 2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a membership, or using any part of the AdsWithoutAgency service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. What we offer

AdsWithoutAgency is an online education membership. Depending on your plan it includes:

• Recorded video lessons covering Meta Ads from setup to optimization
• A WhatsApp campaign generation service that returns campaign structures on request
• Access to a private WhatsApp and Facebook member community
• For Pro members, weekly live group Zoom calls and optimization coaching

4. Membership plans and billing

We currently offer two plans: Starter at ₹499 per month and Pro at ₹1,999 per month. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Both plans are monthly recurring subscriptions.
• Your payment method is charged automatically on the same calendar date each month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card details.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
• We may change plan pricing with prior notice. Price changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing support@adswithoutagency.com, messaging us on WhatsApp, or using your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access until that date and will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid — see our refund policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are available on your first purchase only, within 7 calendar days, subject to fair use limits. Renewal payments are non-refundable. The full terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your account

• Your membership is personal to you and may not be transferred or resold.
• You must not share your login credentials, member area access, community invitations or WhatsApp support access with any non-member.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts where we detect credential sharing or concurrent use by multiple people.

8. Content ownership and use

All lessons, videos, templates, frameworks, campaign structures, written material and the WhatsApp campaign generation system are the intellectual property of Ashutosh Banerjee and are protected by Indian and international copyright law.

Subject to payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own business only, for as long as your membership is active.

Prohibited uses

• Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing or publishing any part of the content
• Sharing recordings, screenshots or downloads with non-members
• Uploading content to any other platform, drive, group or course
• Using the content to create a competing product, course or training programme
• Using the WhatsApp campaign generator to service agency or freelance clients
• Reverse-engineering, scraping or automating requests to the WhatsApp generator

9. Community rules

Our WhatsApp and Facebook communities exist to help members learn. By joining, you agree to:

• Treat other members and the team with respect
• Not promote your own services, courses, products or affiliate links
• Not spam the group or send unsolicited direct messages to other members
• Not share community content, screenshots or member details outside the community

Violating these rules may result in removal from the community and termination of your membership without refund.

10. No guarantee of results

Advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market, budget, creative, landing page, sales follow-up, competition and Meta's own policies and algorithms. Nothing on this website or within the membership is a promise or guarantee of leads, sales, revenue, return on ad spend or profitability. Any figures mentioned reflect past work and are not a prediction of your results.

11. Third-party services

The membership requires you to use third-party services including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads Manager, WhatsApp, Zoom and Razorpay. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, account restrictions, policy changes or outages.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, wasted ad spend, business interruption, or the suspension, restriction or banning of your Meta account or ad account.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the total membership fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately if you breach these terms, share access, abuse the community or support channels, attempt chargeback fraud, or use the content for a prohibited purpose. In such cases no refund will be issued and you may be denied future membership.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will notify active members by email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.
