For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the "Data Fiduciary" for any personal data you provide to us.

• WhatsApp Business API provider: to deliver our WhatsApp support and campaign generation service.
• Hosting provider: to store website data and member account information securely.
• Analytics provider: to understand website usage in aggregate.
• Email service provider: to send you service emails and receipts.

We only share the minimum data required for each provider to do their job. All providers are contractually required to keep your data secure and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We may also disclose your data if required by law, court order, or valid government request.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active, and for 90 days after cancellation for record-keeping. Financial records (invoices, payment confirmations) are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. After these periods, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure password hashing, restricted access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by the DPDP Act.
