Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Overview

AdsWithoutAgency is a monthly recurring digital membership. We offer a limited refund window on your first purchase only. All renewal payments are non-refundable. This page explains the details.

2. First-purchase refund window

If you decide AdsWithoutAgency is not right for you, you can request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment only, provided all of the following conditions are met:

• You have used the WhatsApp campaign generation service no more than 3 times during that 7-day period
• You have attended no more than 1 Pro Zoom call (if on the Pro plan)
• You have not violated our Terms & Conditions or community rules
• You have not shared the content or your account access with anyone else

These fair-use limits exist because our costs are incurred immediately: WhatsApp AI campaign generation, Zoom infrastructure, and community moderation all cost money on day one. The limits prevent abuse while giving genuine buyers a reasonable window to evaluate.

3. Renewal payments (month 2 onwards)

All renewal payments are non-refundable. Once your card is charged for a renewal, we cannot issue a refund for that billing period, regardless of whether you continue to use the service.

If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before your next billing date. See section 5 for how to cancel.

4. How to request a refund

To request a first-purchase refund, email support@adswithoutagency.com with:

• Your full name (as it appears on the account)
• The email address you registered with
• Your payment transaction ID or receipt
• A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will respond within 2 business days to confirm whether your refund request meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

5. How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through any of these channels:

• Email us at support@adswithoutagency.com from the address you registered with
• Message us on WhatsApp at +91 99709 51635
• Use the cancel option in your account dashboard (when available)

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access until that date. No further payments will be charged after cancellation.

To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel before your renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before renewal to give us time to process it.

6. What is not eligible for a refund

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Renewal charges from month 2 onwards
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after your first purchase
• Cases where you have used the WhatsApp campaign generator more than 3 times
• Cases where you have attended more than 1 Pro Zoom call
• Cases where you were removed for violating our Terms & Conditions or community rules
• Downgrades from Pro to Starter (the price difference is not refunded)
• Partial months, unused subscription time, or subscription time you didn't use

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at support@adswithoutagency.com. We take support seriously and want to resolve issues directly.

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account. If a chargeback is filed and later determined to be invalid (for example, because the charge was authorized and the service was delivered), your account may be permanently terminated.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes only apply to purchases made after the update date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs any refund request for that purchase.
