AdsWithoutAgency (referred to as "AdsWithoutAgency", "we", "us", or "our") is a Meta Ads education membership operated by Ashutosh Banerjee (Sole Proprietorship), with business address at 09, Kush CHS, Mayekarwadi, Virat Nagar, Virar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 401303, India. By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, do not use the service.
AdsWithoutAgency is an educational membership that provides:
Important: We are an education service. We do not run ads on your behalf. We do not manage your ad accounts. We do not guarantee any specific results, leads, sales, or revenue from applying what we teach. All actual ad campaigns are run by you in your own Meta Ads Manager on your own ad account with your own ad budget.
We offer two membership plans:
Both plans are recurring subscriptions. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where required.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until then, and no further charges will be made.
Please see our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. In summary: refunds are available within 7 days of your first purchase only, subject to fair-use conditions. Renewal payments are non-refundable.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with anyone else. Sharing account access with non-members will result in immediate termination without refund.
All video lessons, campaign templates, written material, WhatsApp responses, and other content provided through AdsWithoutAgency are the intellectual property of Ashutosh Banerjee. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use this content solely for the purpose of learning to run ads for your own business.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund, and we may pursue legal remedies.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for violating these rules, without refund.
We make no guarantees or promises about the specific results you will achieve using AdsWithoutAgency. Success in advertising depends on many factors outside our control, including your business, product, offer, market, ad budget, and how well you apply what you learn. Any examples or numbers we share reflect specific past results and are not guarantees of future performance for anyone.
To use AdsWithoutAgency effectively you will need to use third-party services including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp, and possibly others. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, terms, or actions of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, AdsWithoutAgency, its founder, and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, wasted ad spend, disabled ad accounts, banned Meta accounts, or any other business loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. In the case of violation-based termination, no refund will be issued.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
